Mr. Shepherd is logging 13 years of experience working in Nigeria on various agricultural and water supply projects with expertise in: Business Administration, Project management, Site Supervision, Project Consulting, Human Resource Management and Customer Service. Others are Sales and Marketing, Public Relations and Employee Training and Seminars.
He is the CEO of Blue Mountain Global Projects Ltd and the former Executive Director at WMES Ltd. Before locating to West Africa, he spent the previous 24 years in the hospitality and service industry including 8 as owner/ operator of his own establishment. As innovative entrepreneur Mr. Shepherd enjoys working with like-minded young leaders and helping them to track down their dreams. In his leisure Mr. Shepherd enjoys books, movies, golfing and the great outdoors.
